REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPMENT
​
Advises developers, investors, landlords, tenants, contractors, property managers, lenders, community associations, and other parties in commercial and residential real estate disputes and transactions.
CORPORATE COUNSEL
​
Serves as outside corporate counsel for a variety of businesses providing daily legal support through general counsel, contract review and negotiation, litigation avoidance, compliance, dispute resolution, and protecting intellectual property.

Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Bohannon was a partner at two prominent local litigation firms and served as General Counsel for one of Miami’s leading real estate developers.

Ms. Bohannon graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law where she served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review.
